Matthew 25:35 For I was hungry and you gave me food, I was thirsty and you gave me a drink. I was a stranger, and you invited me into your home. We have a programme that we started three years ago where the leader of benevolence identifies people firstly in our own church as you will
know charity begins at home and then other people outside the church from all denominations and even those who do not belong to a denomination; the church gives them groceries we do not want to say food because there are many other items included in the groceries which are not food. These people have become beneficiaries of the ministry of which some are monthly beneficiaries.

When the programme started in 2017 twenty people were given groceries, in 2018 forty people and on the 21 st December 2019 the church had a target of 100 people but could only get 65 people which received groceries in the spirit of Christmas because Charis partners do not want to enjoy Christmas alone but they also want other needy people to enjoy it; and also to go beyond Christmas that is why they give quite a number of items in those groceries to sustain them even through January 2020.

With God on our side we are looking forward to blessing even more in 2020. We also wish to thank all the Charis partners for their contribution towards making this programme a success.
